I was hesitant to run a mini d-15 cable 50 feet. I thought the resolution would be limited, but this cable proved me wrong. It worked great at the highest resolution my 42 inch Plasma would support. Both the cable and the Plasma have since been handed down to our daughter and they are still in service and working well for her. The ferrites at both ends help eliminate EMI and RFI and keep the signal clean.

I noticed a significantly lower video quality when using this VGA cable my projector than with the 6' VGA cable that came with it. The colors weren't nearly as bright and vibrant nor was it as defined. I don't need to turn off the lights to read lettering on the projector screen with the 6' cable that came with the projector but I do when I hook up this 50' VGA. Also, one of the two screws wouldn't screw into the vga connector on the projector...it looked a little flawed. Looking at returning?....a 25% restocking fee?, and I pay shipping (again) on a $15 dollar cable. I guess I'll keep it for an emergency backup and purchase a higher quality cable, not worth returning.
